The nearly 6 ot 7 km (one side) trek to Kumara Parvatha is not a child's play, but the feeling after summiting the peak is one of a kind. Kumara Parvatha also know as Pushpagiri has two sides one can summit from, Kukke Subramanya and Somwarpet. Both the sides are unique in their own ways. The distance from the Kukke Subramanya temple side to the summit of Kumara Parvatha is approximately 14 kms and from the Somwarpet side is approximately 7 kms.
